ID & Intellectual Property

My name is Rocco Van Schalkwyk and I am the owner of this website. As I present more evidence of my discovery, for example on ResearchGate, I see an increased level of interest in my brain model, both from academics and robot builders. Just to avoid confusion, I also go by the name of Ano on this site and in my YouTube videos. Ano is short for Anomalous which is just a pseudonym I sometimes use as programmer.

My IP

The aim of this website is to promote ideas and thinking around modeling the brain – what we at the Xzistor LAB call ‘pure AI’. The aim is not to release the Xzistor Concept brain model IP into the public domain as this will be irresponsible. As Labbers will realise, when they become part of the Xzister LAB community, this integrated architectural model of the brain will really start mankind off on a journey towards building real (and I mean real) humanoid robots and set the Robot Age in motion. This IP needs to be protected so that it can be studied and developed in an ‘intellectual safe space’ by those with a commitment towards Ethical AI – scientists dedicated to the future well-being of humans, robots and the planet. Please do not use material from this site for commercial purposes, as it is shared for discussion only in a hobbyist group context.

The IP of Others

As a hobbyist this website is not for profit. This means that the aim is not to benefit commercially from the content provided and discussed here. Donations and patron support goes towards my research budget – purely for enabling more research projects. I greatly respect the IP and copyright of others and if anyone feels that the material drawn from the internet for our discussions infringe on their rights or do not meet Fair Use policy criteria, we will remove such material immediately upon request. Please do not use material from this site for commercial gain, as it is shared for discussion only in a hobbyist group context.
